SUP stands for more than just “what’s up?” it also is an acronym for Stand Up Paddleboard.

I took a few classes in this last summer and could not get over how versatile this sport is:

It is a great way to cool off on a hot day; it can be very relaxing, as well as challenging.

It is also a fun way to explore and just paddle around.

Traditional yoga can be challenging, but doing it on water brings it to a whole new level.
You use muscles you didn’t know you had and just paddling around standing up really works your core abdominals.

Though it can also be a wonderful way to chill out and can be done at almost any age (the students in the classes I took ranged in age from early 20s to mid-60s).

Great fun and I would highly recommend it; and if you aren’t into yoga, you can always just rent a paddle board and explore.
