SUP stands for more than just “what’s up?” it also is an acronym for Stand Up Paddleboard.
I took a few classes in this last summer and could not get over how versatile this sport is:
Traditional yoga can be challenging, but doing it on water brings it to a whole new level.
You use muscles you didn’t know you had and just paddling around standing up really works your core abdominals.
Great fun and I would highly recommend it; and if you aren’t into yoga, you can always just rent a paddle board and explore.
